[SEDXC] Ameritron Help

Hello folks,
     I currently have an Ameritron AL811, and just replaced the filter caps this morning, along with converting it from 110V to 120V. Right now the amplifier will not turn on. I don't think it was a mistake on my part with soldering, but I could be wrong. 

FYI: The tubes were replaced about 7 months ago, with less than 20 minutes on them.
