The first things I would check would be the fuse, power cord plugged in and
switch turned on. I assume it was working normally before you began and now
nothing lights up. I just don't believe the filter caps or the tubes would
keep it from powering up. I assume you meant converted from 110VAC to
220VAC. I would look at your power conversion. It's sounds like it's not
getting any power. Do you have a VOM to check it with? If that don't get it
you'll need an expert not an amateur.
