[SEDXC] Dx with 100 watts

I worked the 9X yesterday on 15M with 100 watts into a 3 el quad.

Wonder if anyone has heard the H44MS load enough to work him.  I think
he was working 4's on a list & then switched Central America.  Then 15M
folded.
