[SEDXC] Request to mailing list DX-QSL rejected

[Mike, ND4V]

I get this error message when I post from an e-mail account that is
different from the one I am registered with.  I get my mail from the
reflector at nd4v at comcast.net and that's the only one I can use to post
from.

  I have asked Mike, K4PI to explain how this "moderated" list  works.  
Despite,what you think, there is not a human being sitting there  reading
all the 
posts and deciding which ones to let go through and which ones  do not go 
through.
   It is an automated thing and has parameters set by the owner  of 
contesting.com.  Apparently your post, in some way, exceeded one of  those
parameters.
   Let's stand by for a better explanation from Mike, K4PI, who  understands

better how it works!
