[SEDXC] Best Operating Procedure for GQP

I may have to put up another antenna, then.

I've got a low-bandwidth vertical (Cushcraft R7) set up on 40m, but
since I usually work the digital portion of the band I've got it tuned
low.  It's a shame that the only digital mode used in the GQP is CW,
because I've worked all over Europe on PSK31 with that R7.  I can only
do soundcard CW, so I probably won't try that during the GQP.  If I
could copy CW by ear it would be different, but I never could.

I guess I'll string up another dipole and see how it goes.

I read in CQ or QST that the broadcast stations were going to move, I
just hadn't realized it was going to be this soon.
