[SEDXC] Propagation on Friday April 17

I was in the shack working on projects and S04R was working Europe on 10 and 
12. Nothing here however.  Their signal on 15 CW was in and out with QSB. 
On 17 SSB (where they had not been for 3 days) several W3's said they were 
loud but they were between ESP and 3/3.

The biggest disappointment was their lack on 20 meter work in the afternoons 
(19-23Z).  For some reason their signal on 20 was weak at times and on 
14.195 they were stepped on by other DX.

Just when I thought 17 was never going to really open several EA8's came 
through 59+ or 599.  Juan EA9IE was in at S7 briefly but Chris, TL0A came 
thru S8 to 9 with his TS-480 barefoot and inverted V.  Wonder why the EA's 
and TL0A were in where the S04R (usually loud here on other days) was not.

Looks like no spots again for the rest of April.  This makes 20 and 40 the 
primary Dx bands.
