[SEDXC] Congratulations to the PJ2T team of SEDXC ops!

The CQWW DX CW results are in the current issue of CQ. We also found out
this weekend that PJ4A - operated by K4BAI, KU8E (who are both SEDXC
members), W4OC and NO2R had the #1 score in the world
in the Multi-Single category.
