[SEDXC] Try the W4PME On the Way to Wednesday Night's Meeting

The W4PME  2m repeater has great coverage, and MATPARC is encouraging us to
use it.  If you have 2M in your car or have a handheld, why not try it out
during your trek to Wednesday's meeting?  Keep driving safety in mind at all
times!

 

 

Here are the details as I have them:

 

*	W4PME 145.410 , down, tone100 Hz (may be off)
*	Atop BellSouth Center at 675 West Peachtree Street NE, Atlanta GA
760 ft AMSL
*	Remotes at Dunwoody, Alcovy Mtn (44 miles east of town), and Newnan.
The repeater is a Motorola tube type transmitter normally running about 90
watts output. 
*	Remote Receiver on Sweat Mountain
*	Use for short contacts and DX spots 
*
