[SEDXC] 160M Propagation Tips for the weekend

I'm fairly new to contesting on 160M (two years) and would like your tips on
how the propagation is this time of year for the ARRL 160M CW Contest.

 

I need 4 states to WAS on 160M. Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, Wyoming. When is the
optimal time during the evening to work these states?
