With the addition of Ken, KG4USN, we are up to 9. Need one more for a
full team.

Remember there is a practice session tonight with the same NA Sprint
rules from 0230-to 0300 UTC (9:30 to 10 PM). We had the first one last
night. 20M was dead. 40M was pretty good to CO, AZ and the west coast
and to SSSC team member, Bill, KH7XS, in Hawaii. K3TN in MD who is
usually low power was extremely strong and K9BGL in IL was workable. I
heard, but did not work, W9RE in Indiana. 80 was open from coast to
coast, but it was hard to find a frequency among the usual 75M round
table ragchewers. Best frequencies seemed to be between 3820 and 3840.
I was able to work K3TN again, K9BGL, W9RE, team member N4OX from FL,
W0BH in KS, W0MU again, K6LL in AZ and a couple of CA stations. This is
a good opportunity to get acquainted with the procedure and to check out
your logging program.

Remember to give both calls in the exchange and to say your call last if
you are to one to keep the frequency. Say both calls at the begining if
you are the one who will have to QSY after the QSO. You can recognize
whom to call by listening to see who gives the call last (if everyone
tries to follow this rule).

73, John, K4BAI.
