[SEDXC] K5D only on 14190

Today (Tuesday) at 2030Z there is no propagation to K5D or almost anywhere 
above the 20 meter band.   Even the usual 18.150 SSB signal is no there
(they are loud in W6 tho).

I do not hear any beacons on 15, 12 (24930) or 10 today.  So the MUF here 
dies out between 14190 and 18 mhz.

The signal on 14190 is 30 over so riding the MUF.

My propagation program does not give much hope for the rest of the day.  The 
next peak is 1500Z on 15 and perhaps 12.  MUF does not reach above 25 mhz 
until Friday even for even the realiable South America unless some spots 
show up.
