[SEDXC] Nifty little tool

I'm passing along a nifty little website that I feel like a few people 
might find some use for one day.  If you've ever had some "mystery" 
resistors and didn't know what they were, this little color bar guide will 
help tremendously.  Just click the color bar colors to match what you have 
on your mystery resistor, and *bingo*, you get your resistor value/tolerance.
