[SEDXC] Some Dx Notes H40 et al

Since I can't make the Ham fest here is some Dx news.

Benard H44MS was on 17 SSB this afternoon and he told an XE2 that his 
operation from H40MS as well as the CW operator H40FN was over for this 
year.  The XE2 was trying to talk him into going to Chesterfields FK/C.

VK9AA is weak but workable from Cocos-Keeling from 0 to 4Z.  He leaves soon. 
Some W1's were working him on 15 CW about 1230Z but zip here.
