[SEDXC] Using 145.410

I saw the notice about 145.410 (down 600).  I set my old RS 242 and reset 
the auto offset.  I don't have a repeater directory.  Where is it?   From 
Norcross,
I transmit and it comes up but only one to two bars.
This with 45 watts.
