[SEDXC] TX3A on 17 and 15 SSB

TX3A was on 18138 at 2330Z but between ESP and S3 here.  I called a few 
times but stopped as
he was so weak and several kept calling him on his frequency.  Later he was 
on 21.288 but 15 was closed here.

I understand they had problems with both generators (bad gas).

I am hoping to work them on 40 SSB as I only need 6 there with TX3 being one 
of the 6.
