[SEDXC] List issues

I seem to be having problems getting emails from this list.  Some posting show up very fast and others that are part of the same thread show up half to a full day later???  I got emails about items being sold two times recently before I got the posting that offered them.   
 
Are some emails being screened and released later?  Or do I have a problem with my email/ISP?
