Gang,

I will be at the Lawrenceville Hamfest this Saturday 11/06.  I will not be present on 11/07

I will be glad to check any DXCC applications, just leave at SEDXC Table. Be Sure that you follow all necessary instructions for application submission.  Please bring an SASE addressed to the ARRL DXCC desk so that I can mail in your application.  If you don't want to bring the sase I will furnish one for 50 Cents.  I must be personally mail in your application with my return address on envelope. VERY IMPORTANT PAYMENT MUST BE MADE BY PERSONAL CHECK PAYABLE TO THE ARRL OR YOU CAN USE YOUR CREDIT CARD.  I WILL NOT ACCEPT CASH!

As a reminder I can also check all CQ Awards Program submissions ( WAZ, etc. ) as well as any ARRL WAS or VUCC awards.

Please bring any QSLs you have for the ARRL outgoing bureau and leave them at the SEDXC table as well.  I will pick them up prior to departure.  I will be at the SEDXC table about every hour or as required.  

I will also accept Your QSLs for the ARRL Outgoing QSL Service.  If you were in the recent CQ WW SSB contest now is a good time to get a batch of QSLs ready for distribution.  Remember the charge is only 7 cents a card or 8 cents a card for any of your DX operation QSLs.  Please pay in CASH not check. This service is for SEDXC members ONLY.  Make sure cards are in proper order and bring a mailing label from a recent QST ( a copy is fine ) or you can simply write down your ARRL membership information on paper and include.  I will mail out the next QSL batch within a week after the hamfest.
