[SEDXC] Alpha Support after the Sale Warning...

Purchased a Alpha 4510 Watt meter when they were first introduced.

 

Product worked very well until recently where one day it stop functioning.

Returned the unit on 10/5/10 after receiving a RMA from Molly, with an
Invoice for the repair.

Sent payment immediately, and check was quickly cashed after receipt.

 

Since that time, have received many excuses as to why the unit was not
repaired.

I thought since the recent change to RFConcepts they would be doing better
since my Bad experience with my 

Alpha 9500 purchase which did not go well and resulted to the Return of the
Unit and months of waiting for my money to be returned.

 

I still own 3 Alpha 99's, and I may consider dumping them to something else
in the future.

Service after the sale is important to me, but I don't see it getting any
better.

 

It is clear these folks are still having problems.

BBB will be contacted later today, I hate to do this.

I have lost my trust with this company.
