[SEDXC] Lotw qso file upload

Hello,
I wonder if anyone here uses their own software to interface with LOTW?
If not, does anyone know if there is a LOTW user group site?

My homebrew software has been working for a year until the qso upload 
function stopped working a couple of days ago.

The last time this happened, someone at Arrl mentioned that they had 
changed the URL.

I think that's what has happened again.
