friends of Phil Latta,

I am going to communicate with Bill Latta, N4LH.  He is Phil's brother and 
lives in Louisville, Ky.
I would love to send along some remembrances of Phil.  Does anyone have any 
fotos of Phil, or anecdotes
that I might include in my letter to him?
