I think K4WZ sent me this link on rig comparisons and it makes it a little more clear as to what numbers are better and which are worse if you are not an engineer.  It is color coded and the specs are from ARRL Tech service.  The color code explanation is at the bottom of the page you link to ie Green is Excellent,  Red is Bad and other colors in between.
