[SEDXC] ST0R on 15

I also appreciate your post, I've been monitoring 21.295 for over 1 1/2 
hours but haven't heard a thing in RI.  Not even a whisper but can hear 
stations calling him on 310 & was beginning to think it was me. I'm using an 
A3S @ 30' and tried my Carolina Windom 160 @ 50' but neither has heard him 
at all on 15,  just the occasional caller on his frequency.
