[SEDXC] [SECC] Renew amateur Call Georgia auto License plates?

As a Georgia Tech grad, I got one of the neat ham tag frames
with my N4IA on it, surrounding my Georgia Tech tag.   One
could always use one of their old ham radio tags on the front
of the car, of course.
