Bill,

I remember his hand logging scheme.  He used one sheet with band /mode at 
the top and start time.  Across the down 10 rows total with last col, being 
last call and Z time.  I finally got Burma confirmed for WA4NIB who was 
retired from WSB and lived on Deering road near Brookwood.
I too thought I had North Korea until proven Romeo was in Russia just a mile 
from North Korea.   When last heard from he was in an SU Jail.  He and Dom 
Miller would make a real pair!
