[SEDXC] Clipperton Island - nice site is DXA

TX5K told me on 15 mtrs this morning that the DXA logs are not 100% complete. I have worked them on 13 band slots but only 11 are shown for me. He confirmed that the other 2 were in his log but not on DXA. They are trying to fix it, but the problem is on the DXA server.
