Mark, from right after sunrise here in GA, around 12:15 GMT up til around 16:30 is our best short normally on the long path for 17-10 M.  20 M could be long or short depends on several factors but if they are long it will be skewed to the southwest normally.  Not much of a shot any other times although there are some possiblities but have not heard them during those times.  30 M in the late afternoon early evening but it is tough on that path with 200 w.  Best signal I have heard from them was around 13:30 on 10 M SSB and 15:30 on 10 CW this morning via LP.  40 is a possibility but have not heard them much there for east coast.
VU7 was on this morning but weak and did not stay long on 12.  They moved to 15 but did not hear them at all there although VU2XO was pounding in via long path around that time.

that one. That area seems to be my biggest challenge since I work during
