ZS8C came up around 1245 this morning on 15 SSB 21360, QSX up 5-15,and had the best signal I have heard from him. From what I have been seeing, the earlier times are better ie 1245 to 1330 but that could change. He was 55 and actually moved the S meter just a tad over the noise floor a few times. He should be here for the next couple of hours.
