I want to extend my sincere thanks to SEDXC and all of the help offers 
I've received.
Now, all that remains is to move in, select trees, refine my plan, and 
present it to those who offered their help.
(I've only been allowed one access to the property due to the previous 
tenant still living there).
I hope to be ready to start sometime in September.
