[SEDXC] AVES Island ?

Upon further investigation  I find that the last DXpedition to Aves Island was in 2006.  They were scheduled to use the call YV0A.  On the second day of operations from Aves, Jose Rodriguez, YV5LIX, an operator on the trip had a heart attack and died.  The other operators continued with operations changing the DXpedition callsign to YV0LIX in memory of Jose.

There were some rumors floating around about a DX-pedition to Aves.  Did 
I miss something or was that just a phantom expedition on a money making 
scheme.  Anyone recall offhand when the last expedition to Aves was?
