[SEDXC] High Frequency Terrain Analysis

At the SEDXC meeting today, Hal mentioned someone that will run terrain data
for your location so you can perform HFTA. Getting the data is free, but is
not trivial. I gave a talk at the 6M VHF BBQ in Austin this year on how to
do this and operation of the HFTA program. The presentation can be found
