[SEDXC] Remote operation

Remote operation is LEGAL and counts for DXCC.  I don't see how the idea of 
remote not counting got started.   For example, the Jan 2014 CQ had a ham on 
the front cover who operated his Northern VA station from his winter Florida 
home.  There is some discussion at ARRL HQ as to distances but right now 
there is no distance limitation.  Rule 9 is the same as for any other 
operation and that is qithin the same DXCC entity which for us is USA 
(continental USA).

As to using your call at another station that too is legal.  Rule 9 again 
applies.  Some of us feel that this is on shaky ground but that is just our 
opinion.
