Let me echo what NF4A said in his email 8/22 regarding SE Director candidate W4OZK.  He is a friend of the DXer as well as serving all other aspects of the hobby.  Unlike the present Director who ignores the recommendations of the DX Advisory Committee, who have much more insight into the DXCC aspect of the hobby.  W4OZK has a PDF on line
