In 2008 and 09 QEX featured a four part article by Rudy Stevens, N6LF, The title of this series was: "Experimental Determination of Ground System Performance on HF Verticals".


I tried the ARRL's QEX article library but the first two parts (most likely in the latter part of 2008) were not listed. However, parts 3 & 4 (QEX March & May) were listed BUT they were not downloadable!


So, does anyone have back issues of  QEX for the latter part of 2008 & 09 that I could borrow for photocopying? OR, does anyone have the QEX CD ROM for those years that they can loan me so I can print off the four articles?
