Hi Jim, I assume you went to their donation page at https://vp6d.com/index.php/support/donation and filled out the information at the bottom.. I personally have not done the process but I assumed after filling in all your data and saying you are not a robot it would point you to PayPal.  If that didn’t work guess I cant help.  K5GS at ARRL.net is the one doing the postal donations so guess you could email him and tell him your problem.  73 Mike K4PI
