At one time DX Engineering sold this kit which gave you a directional low band receiving system at a much lower cost but you had to build it from scratch.  The PI4CC Contest Club in the Netherlands has picked up the design to an extent selling all the boards you would need.  All discreet parts can be bought from Mouser.  You can build a 3, 5, or 9 vertical array from this kit.
