[SEDXC] JTDX DECODER SETTING

Any of you using JTDX for FT8 decoding might like to see some info on 
decoder setup taking into account the speed of your computer.  That is a 
big factor in using JTDX.

This link is a little hard to read, or was for me, so you can right 
click inside the article and and select "Open Link with Microsoft 
Edge".  Once that window opens, in the far upper right side you will see 
3 horizontal dots.  Left click on them and you will get a panel that at 
the top has ZOOM.  You can use this to change the size to make it easier 
to read.  Not a big Edge fan but it worked great on this article.  There 
are way more setup options in JTDX than WSJT and the decoder setup is 
just a small part.
