Phillip,
The best place, in my opinion, to get help with SteppIR issues is over on
the groups.io group.
That said, over there is a list of troubleshooting steps which include
checking SteppIR motor resistances and voltages. Finally you’ll need to
replace the driver chip. I’ve had to replace driver chips several times and
the newer controllers use sockets for these chips. Chips are available for
sale at Mouser and perhaps other sources.
