[SEDXC] NO REPLAY TOMORROW

I was looking at the A and K index and flux level this afternoon and I 
feel pretty sure we are not getting a repeat of the nice long path 
conditions on 12 M tomorrow.  The K is up to 4 which is not good. It 
could drop down possibly but usually it takes a while for the A and K to 
cool off.  Flux dropped also down to 95 from 102.  There will still be 
some DX out there maybe just not as much as we would like.  73 Mike K4PI
