Next time you find yourself in this situation, use one hand for the hand 
mike and the other hand for one handed entries into the computer.  I 
have had to do this several times.  With the keyboard to the right of 
the rig, I used the left hand for the mike and the right hand for the 
keyboard.  Since you are only entering a limited amount of information 
into the computer, one handed will work OK.  73, John, K4BAI.
