[SESprint] NAQP CW August 3

NAQP CW is coming soon. August 3.  I will be glad to register SECC teams 
for this one if you will let me know you are interested, what power 
level (LP and QRP only) and how much you think you can operate.  Invite 
your friends to participate with us.  There is no requirement of club 
membership, geographic location, etc.  This is a really fun CW contest 
where we work the 6 contest bands, exchange call signs, names, and SPC 
(or just name for stations outside NA) and multipliers (SPC in NA) count 
per band.

I believe to be on a team you would have to not use spots or you would 
be in the M/2 category and only single ops can be on teams.
