[Skimmertalk] Much improved RBN accuracy apparent during ARRL DX CW

During the ARRL DX CW, operating M/2 at W7RN, I noticed a *huge* improvement
in skimmer callsign accuracy compared to all prior contests. We actually
saw more busted spots being posted manually by humans than by any Skimmers,
and many of busted Skimmer spots could easily be explained by sloppy and
rushed sending on the part of the DX.

Someone else set up CCuser at the station, so I don't know if a "voting"
mechanism was implemented and enabled in that software, or if a Unique>1
filter was set at the RBN, or if the processing and filtering of invalid
calls was done automatically at the RBN servers themselves, using some new
"voting" algorithm.

If something new was done at the servers, I say it really works! Well done
guys!
