[Skimmertalk] rbn bias?

Not to our knowledge.  Nothing has changed since well before ARRLCW.  I 
was grabbing spots for a short session this weekend and did not notice 
this.  Is it possible that something odd was configured on the radio 
(like a wildly high or low pitch setting)?
