[Skimmertalk] Wandering skimmer

Pitch is 600 Hz in PowerSDR and in CW Skimmer. Skimmer is set to use
Softrock-IF. Audio IF is 9600 , PowerSDR 9000. I selected PowerSDR as the
rig type in CW Skimmer. It is intesrting that is is only a problem with
signals in the middle.
