[Skimmertalk] aggregator ini rotation??

Paul, I am running the latest and do not have this issue. The intent in 
making the Aggregator tray-resident like Skimserv, rather than letting 
it close from the X is that people were accidentally closing it.  The 
thought was to make it operate the same wayas SkimServ so habits would 
be the same.
