[Skimmertalk] Whats the mean of the mode OTHER

I saw today K0WL skimmer(?) up some stations on 2mb
as the mode "OTHER"  and alphabetical letter u or p and so on.

May be there are FM or SSB stations  I guess.
Can Skimmer detect phone station's frequency position?
