[Skimmertalk] Whats the mean of the mode OTHER

Unless he is running the mythical phone skimmer, OTHER means that it is RTTY
but the skimmer is running an old version of the aggregator that didn't
report rtty skimmer results properly.

I saw today K0WL skimmer(?) up some stations on 2mb as the mode "OTHER"  and
alphabetical letter u or p and so on.

May be there are FM or SSB stations  I guess.
Can Skimmer detect phone station's frequency position?
