[Skimmertalk] 10m beacon

Oops, sorry.  I forgot to mention that the Beacons.csv file, found in 
the Aggregator program directory, is checked against each spot, and if a 
beacon is on the list, then it is spotted as a beaconwithout need for 
the /B signature.
