the  connx  status  told  me that Aggregator was trying to connect but
couldn't.

I  didn't  have  that  box, in CwSkimmer/TelNet, check-marked to Allow
'Commands' .

Checking that then allowed Agg to work. Now I see my 'Spots' appearing
on the RBN.

An aside, there was a pop-up after successful connection that I wasn't
on  the 3.o version. In fact, I have the Aggregator 4.0b6 beta version
running.
