[Skimmertalk] IBP beacon by CW Skimmer

Thank you Bob for kind advise.
I found my miss Watch.lst shall be placed hidden UserData folder.
and set CW Skimmer following your advice.
Then CW Skimmer started to decode beacons.
( It's difficlt task for CW Skimmer as you say ,like W6WXT,OA2IGY etc)
But CW Skimmer does not send to Aggregator although it's true callsign.
Pse see attatched my Watch.lst. This is displayed "LST file " on Windows.
Is this right?
As I use CW Skimmer and WinXP,
I cannot find BandPlan.in or related file in my PC
I will try more.
