[Skimmertalk] IBP beacon by CW Skimmer

On the Aggregator Status tab, what is displayed under "Spot filters?"
Perhaps you are using "Notched frequencies?"

On the Connections tab, is "Do not send spots for stations in RBN's
excluded frequencies" checked?  Try unchecking this option.

The reflector removed your Watch.lst file, but it is probably OK if you see
the beacons being spotted in a local telnet connection window (telnet
localhost 7300).

Bandplan.ini should be in the Reference folder under the %AppData%\Afreet
folder, as shown below.
